This Privacy Policy explains what information NEXA EXCHANGE ("we", "us", operated by ZNG Labs) processes when you use our website, interface, and the optional NEXA Telegram bot (together, the "Services"). NEXA EXCHANGE is a non-custodial interface: we never take custody of your funds and never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
We do not collect your name, government ID, email (unless you contact us directly), phone number, private keys, or seed phrase. Connecting a wallet does not give us the ability to move your funds.
We use the information above only to: operate the Interface and display your data; calculate and credit NX points; deliver Telegram alerts you opt into; maintain security and prevent abuse; and improve the Services.
The Services rely on third parties that may process technical data, including: the Solana network, Jupiter (routing), RPC/indexing and balance providers (e.g., Helius), Telegram (for the bot), and our hosting/database providers (e.g., Netlify, Supabase). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
We use minimal local storage strictly to remember basic interface preferences (such as your connected wallet during a session). We do not use invasive advertising trackers.
We retain NX points and bot preferences for as long as needed to operate the program, and apply reasonable technical measures to protect stored data. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
You can stop using the Interface and disconnect your wallet at any time. You can stop the Telegram bot and remove your tracked wallets using its commands. To request deletion of bot-related data, contact us.
The Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
