These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NEXA EXCHANGE website, interface, and related tools (the "Interface"), operated by ZNG Labs ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
NEXA EXCHANGE is a non-custodial graphical interface that helps you interact with public smart contracts and liquidity on the Solana blockchain, including routing provided by third-party aggregation (Jupiter). The Interface does not take custody of your funds, does not hold your private keys, and does not execute transactions on your behalf. Every transaction is initiated and signed by you through your own self-custodial wallet.
Nothing on the Interface constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend any asset, trade, or strategy. Digital assets are volatile and high-risk; you may lose some or all of the value of any assets you trade. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating the risks involved.
"NX points" are a non-monetary loyalty metric tracked by the Interface and have no guaranteed value. Any future "$NX" token, airdrop, or buyback mechanism described on the Interface is a forward-looking plan, not a promise, offer, or guarantee. Eligibility, mechanics, timing, and existence may change or be cancelled. NX points and any future token are intended as utility and are not offered as an investment, security, or a promise of profit.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface is lawful in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Interface if you are located in, or are a resident of, any jurisdiction where access to decentralized exchange interfaces or the relevant assets is prohibited, or if you are subject to applicable sanctions.
The Interface relies on third-party infrastructure and protocols (including, without limitation, the Solana network, Jupiter routing, RPC and data providers). We do not control and are not responsible for these third parties, their availability, or their terms.
The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNG Labs and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Interface.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Interface after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
